The building adopts Andou Tadao's architectural concrete for its external structure and flat slab floor system indoors to present a minimalist design. This is complemented with eco-friendly elements such as eco pond, green roof. On this 2750 sqm of  land, the building looks fairly small and the land around is scattered with sunflower, lavender and many other plants visited by butterflies, honeybees and dragonflies. This is a heaven to them.
